As an avid reader, I am a big fan of Barnes and Noble. I spent my youth languishing with the scant collection of titles at a small local bookstore. When Barnes and Noble moved in, I found myself in a wonderland of titles from obscur authors.

The online store has an even wider selection of titles and includes a fair number of CDs and DVDs.

Perhaps the most interesting aspect of the Barnes and Noble web site is that the site works in harmony with the local stores. You can order books online and pick them up locally.

Recent site additions include a massive selection of eBooks and advanced eBook readers. The site also now includes used books from third parties.
