Formed in 2002, Atlas Holdings LLC is a private equity firm that acquires manufacturing concerns. Their site claimed to own 20 businesses in 2020 with plants around the world.

- 2002: Andrew Bursky and Tim Fazio started Atlas Holdings to acquired a paper mill in rural Indiana.
- 2016: Atlas acquired the Interactive Printer Solutions Division of NCR which it rebranded as Iconex.
- 2016: Banker Steel acquired NYC Constructors of New York from bankruptcy court.
- 2017: Atlas became majority stake holder in Millar Western Forest Products.
- 2017: Iconex acquired RiteMade Paper Converters, Inc. which was established in 1952.
- 2017: Iconex acquired PM Company which was established in 1905.
- 2017: Millar Western acquired Spruceland Millworks.
- 2018: Merchants Metals acquired Continental Divide Fence based in Denver.
- 2018: Iconex acquired Schades and R+S from Hansol Paper.
- 2018: Asahi Kasei Homes acquired Erickson Construction from Atlas for $106 million.
- 2019: Atlas acquired Saxco International, LLC from the Sterling Group.

Saxco International creates packaging for the beer, wine and pharmaceutical markets.

International Wire Group was founded in 1995 to roll up companies that produce wire. They traded on the OTC as ITWG. I drew the timeline from its history page.2

- 1995: IWG acquired Ristance Corporation.
- 1995: IWG acquired Electro Components De Mexico.
- 1996: IWG acquired Dekko Wire Technologies.
- 1997: IWG acquired Camden Wire from Oneida Ltd.
- 1998: IWG acquired Spargo Wire.

- 2019: Atlas acquired Flagstone Foods from TreeHouse Foods. They created the holding company Wizards Nuts.
- 1913: A.C. Hoodenpyle (aka Hoody) started selling peanuts from a cart on the streets in Oregon.
- 1973: by Ann and Ed Zinke created Ann's House of Nuts in Columbia Maryland.4
- 2008: Olympus Partners acquired Ann's House of Nuts.
- 2010: Gryphon Investors combined Ann's House of Nuts and American Importing Co. to create Flagstone Foods.
- 2012: Gryphon closed Ann's outlet and warehouse in Columbia and moved headquarters to Minneapolis.4
- 2014: TreeHouse acquired Flagstone from Gryphon Investors for $860 million.3
