Harvest Partners is a private equity founded in 1981 by Harvey Mallement and Harvey Wertheim and based in NYC.

- 1981: Company Founded
- 2002: Harvest acquired Associated Materials of Cuyahoga Falls, OH which makes vinyl siding and related products which it sold to Hellman & Friedman.
- 2003: Harvest and Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (“DBAG”) acquired Coveright Surfacing which makes surfacing materials for furniture. Harvest had divested by 2013.
- 2004: Harvest acquired Communications Supply Corporation of Carol Stream, Il which distributes low voltage products. They sold to WESCO International, Inc. in 2006.
- 2004: Harvest acquired Evenflo which makes safety products for kids. Harvest sold to Weston Presidio in 2007.
- 2004: Harvest acquired Natural Products Group of Irvine, Ca which makes skin care products. Harvest exited in 2010.
- 2004: Harvest acquired New Flyer of Manitoba which manufactures transit buses. The company held an IPO in 2005.
- 2005: Harvest acquired Cycle Gear of Benicia, Ca which make products for motorcyclists. They sold to J.W. Childs in 2015.
- 2006: Harvest acquired Encata Restaurants which is the sole franchisee of Yum Brand restaurants in Puerto Rico.
- 2007: Harvest acquired Aquilex which it sold to the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan in December 2008.
- 2007: Harvest acquired USS Silica which is a source for industrial sand. They sold to Harbinger Capital Partners in 2007.
- 2009: Harvest purchased Series A Convertible Preferred Units of Regency Energy Partners, LP (NYSE: RGP) of Dallas which develops natural gas properties for growth projects. Harvest had divested by 2013.
- 2010: Harvest invested in Green Bancorp which is a Houston based community bank.
- 2019: Veritex Bank acquired Green Bankcorp 2
- 2010: Harvest acquired Insight Global which is an Atlanta based IT firm.
- 2010: Harvest acquired Bartlett Holdings, Inc. BHI of Plymouth, Ma which offered services in the energy sector. They sold to AE Industrial Partners in 2017.
- 2010: Harvest made investments in the oil and gas firm Continuum Energy with offices in Ok and Tx.
- 2011: Harvest acquired TruckPro.
- 2011: Harvest acquired Driven Brands from Carousel Capital. Driven Brands owns MAACO and Meineke. They divested in 2016.
- 2011: Harvest acquired Document Technologies, Inc. (DTI) of Atlanta3

- 2017: Omers and Harvest merged DTI and Epiq.
- 2011: Harvest acquired Wisconsin based Packer's Holdings which offers outsourced cleaning services.
- 2012: Harvest acquired Garretson Resolution Trust which specializes in complex medical settlements.
- 2012: Harvest acquired FCx Performance of Columbus, Oh which makes industrial process control products which they sold to Applied Industrial Technologies (NYSE: AIT) in 2018.
- 2013: Harvest acquired AxelaCare which provides home infusion technologies which it sold to UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) in 2015.
- 2014: Harvest led recapitalization of Athletico of Oakbrook, Ill which is a network of physical therapy practices which it sold to BDT Capital Partners in December 2016.
- 2015: Harvest and Ares Management acquired Valet Waste which offers waste pick up, recycling and amenities for apartments.
- 1995: Company founded as Valet Waste
- 2016: Valet Waste acquired Simple Turns which provided carpet cleaning, painting, porter services, and apartment cleaning services in Denver.

- 2016: Omers and Harvest acquired Epic (NASDAQ: EPIQ) for $16.50 per share, approximately $1 billion. This Kansas City firm provides legal services and technology services. 4)
