EQT Partners

EQT Partners is a private equity firm based in Stockholm, Sweden with over 60 billion euros under management. The firm trades on the Swedish NASDAQ.

The company has invested in hundreds of companies. Most are in Europe with a few in Asia and North America. I copied the portfolio in November 2019 and ordered it by country. The USA portfolio is toward the bottom.

I do not have time to follow all of the transactions. I will only provide details on transactions that I encounter in other research.

• 1994: EQT was founded by SEB, AEA Investors, and Investor AB which held assets for the Wallenberg family.
• 2017: EQT acquired medical device manufacturer Clinical Innovations of Salt Lake City.
• 2017: EQT acquired Dorner which creates conveyor systems.³
