Independent Grocers Alliance (IGA) is a grocery store franchise company based in Chicago, Ill.

The company was formed in 1926 when a hundred independent retailers banded together to created a distribution channel to compete against larger forces.

According to Wikipedia, there was over 8,000 grocery stores using IGA in 1930. The stores using IGA usually have their own web site.
