Internet Rivers: Affiliate Marketing
As I am trying to fund my collection of web sites through affiliate marketing, I end up with a lot of spare knowledge about the industry. So, like thousands of other people in this industry, I decided to add a subdirectory that lists affiliate opportunities that I consider to be the top of the line. Again, like most people in the industry. I list the programs that give me a bounty for recruiting affiliates at the top of the list.

Linkshare is a large affiliate network that includes many top internet sites including: Macys, Overstock, Walmart, LaQuinta, Hickory Farms, Mrs. Fields, etc..

Commission Junction is the largest affiliate program. The reason for the success is that CJ publishes merchant performance statistics and consolidates payments.

ClickBank is an affiliate network based in Boise that is geared toward selling electronic products such as web site subscriptions, eBooks or software.

LinkConnector is an expanding affiliate network from Cary, NC.

Prosperent offers tools to help web sites owners monetize their traffic.
