BikeLink is a group based in Berkeley, Ca that is building a network of bike cages. The cages full encapsulate the bike. I encountered the cage viewed on this page at the University Trax station.
It appears that this cage can hold two bikes.
To use the service, one has to order a bikelink card online or at a local business that services the cage. The site says that they offer bike rental services in some area.
The company had cages at several locations on the Wasatch Front when I visited the site in July 2021.
