Founded in 1928, Genuine Parts (NYSE: GPC) is the largest supplier of replacement parts for cars and industrial machinery. General Parts operates the brands: National Automotive Parts Associations, Motion Industries, SP Richards and EIS Electronics. Corporate headquarters are in Atlanta, Ga.

Founded in 1925, The National Automotive Parts Association (NAPA) is a network of replacement auto parts dealers that includes some 380,000 parts, 58 distribution centers, 6,000 stores and 14,000 affiliated NAPA AutoCare repair facilities.

Motion Industries, Inc. was founded in 1972 and acquired by Genuine Parts in 1976. Motion Industries deals in industrial parts from from over 500 offices with corporate headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama.

SP Richards was founded in 1848 by Samuel P. Richards. The company is a wholesaler of business products. The product line includes office products, furniture and office technology.

EIS is a supplier of electronic parts with distribution centers sprinkled about the nation.
