NFP was created in 1998 as National Financial Partners Corp. with $125 million seed money from Apollo Management. The company built its network by buying independent financial firms.

Corporate History

• 1998: Company founded in NYC with seed money from Apollo Management.
• 2003: NFP held its IPO with the symboy NPF.
• 2016: NFP changed is name to NPF Corp.
